KELLY CONNECT Technical support Advisors provide customer service to resolve technology questions, challenges and problems through a series of trouble shooting activities in a virtual call center environment. Common solutions include resolving username and password problems, data sharing & synchronization, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software configuration and set up, power cycling devices, navigating customers through application menus, and troubleshooting email issues.
This is a performance based organization where all calls are recorded, monitored, and coached on a daily basis. You will be responsible for support of computers, operating systems and mobile devices (smart phones, tablets, and MP3 players).
PAY:$12-$14/hr during training with Advisor earning potential of $15-$17/hr
CUSTOMER SERVICE/TECH: AppleCare Customer Relations At Home Advisor – ALL CITIES AND STATES!
Training: 5 -6 weeks, may include weekends
Pay: $14-16/hr with likely pay differential for PM shifts
Schedule: Flexible to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST including weekends and holidays.
Tier 1 Tech Support – Conduent for Apple client. As a Tier 1 Tech support advisor you will be supporting our customers as a first point of contact and will be providing solution to their technical issues.
Schedule: Full Time. Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. CST including weekends, holidays and have the ability to flex up or down based on business needs.
Patient Services Representative–Nationwide Telecommuting : This is a full time patient services position helping veterans with their health care options and choices.
Pay is 15-16.00/ hour
Training/schedule: unknown but is 100% virtual.
