Lavender Acai Anti-Stress Smoothie

- 1 cup of frozen grapes I used purple grapes.
- 1 cup of milk I used regular milk but you can use coconut milk or almond milk if you prefer.
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1/4 cup of greek yogurt I used vanilla flavored, but you can use plain if preferred.
- 1/2 pack of frozen acai berry You can find these in the frozen section of select retail stores.
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp Truvia Nectar
- 1/2 tsp Lavender Extract
