  • 1 cup of frozen grapes I used purple grapes.
  • 1 cup of milk I used regular milk but you can use coconut milk or almond milk if you prefer.
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt I used vanilla flavored, but you can use plain if preferred.
  • 1/2 pack of frozen acai berry You can find these in the frozen section of select retail stores.
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp Truvia Nectar
  • 1/2 tsp Lavender Extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 60 seconds until all ingredients are blended well.
